  1. Delivery timeliness

Processing time: All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding weekends and Irish public holidays).

Delay Notice: In case of peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas) or force majeure (such as extreme weather), it may be extended by an additional 5 to 10 days. We will notify you by email.

  1. Delivery range and cost

Coverage area: Global delivery (may be restricted in some countries/regions. The checkout page will automatically prompt);

Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the goods. The final cost is subject to the checkout page.

Tariff liability: International orders may incur import duties/value-added taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.

  1. Logistics tracking

Notification method: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number (you can click the tracking link).

Carrier: The main partners are An Post (Irish Post) and DHL International. Local logistics may be used in remote areas.

  1. Handling of delivery issues

In case of any of the following situations, please contact customer service within 48 hours:

⚠️ Lost package or logistics information not updated for more than 7 days;

⚠️ received severely damaged goods (unboxing video/photo evidence required).
